Looking at this collection I’m seeing that I took a lot of ‘negative space’ photos without even really realizing it….I guess practice does help! :D
Looove these pictures! The slug macro is beautiful (who’d've thought a slug would be beautiful? I mean, I guess I could, but you confirmed it for me), and I love the framing of the next three shots of the animals. Gives the viewer the wonderful sense that they’re the one who stumbled upon them fortuitously.
The slug one stood out for me, too. I wouldn’t have thought a banana slug would make for such an eye-catching photo. I like the moments you caught with Duck Waddle and Screaming Seagull.
