Last week I was out on Bainbridge Island visiting my mom at her friend’s house there. She has a huge rhubarb plant in her yard, and my mom suggested I photograph it.
so, here it is, the bug’s eye view of a rhubarb plant. Or, should I say tree?
It has such beautiful colors, don’t you think?

My grandfather used to always raise rhubarb in his back yard. I loved to look at it – didn’t really love to eat it (except in pie).
Thanks for bringing back the memories.
What a great idea to take the shot from a “bug’s eye view.”
Did you make something with the rhubarb? Did you know the leaves are toxic? Anyways…nice perspective!
