I’m sorry for my recent lapse in postings.
I’ve been lacking inspiration, and finding my usual fare dull and uninteresting. I need to find a way to try new things and learn new skills, but I’m not sure how or where to start. Occasionally though, I have been stirred by something to grab my camera. Such was the case here, as I was eating my dinner during a break from work. The busy road nearby was anything but calming, but the silence found in the setting sun was peaceful.
I was able to catch the sun coming through an insect’s nibbled hole in one of the last leaves of the season.
One last hanger-on in the dwindling twilight.
…And with a great rumbling of thunder, and sudden downpour, I think it’s time to make a new light box. :)
…And that’s all I have to say about that.
This view is just around the corner from our apartment. This area is so country-ish, even though we are ‘nestled’ between highway 167 and I-5. Feels so far away.
You’re going to be seeing a lot of these in the new few weeks. Bear with me. They’re so beautiful! How can I not take their photos everyday?
The leaves are starting to fall, and I loved how the light was coming though this particular one.
But it’s not here completely, at least not here in the northwest! We haven’t seen any rain yet, and the days have been only a bit chilly in the mornings.
