Baking goals

Here is my list of baking goals:

Healthy vegan versions of things such as cookies, pie, etc.

Sourdough bread


pita bread


chocolate coconut macaroons




Panda bread

Fudge (that doesn’t taste like sweetened condensed milk)

Butterfingers (I’ve been making these for a while and every batch -save for one- have been hits!)

Lemon cream pie (I made minis this afternoon! They were scrumptious! Thanks Martha S!)

Chocolate cream pie (yum! made this this past weekend when we were in Spokane, and plan to make it again this week! Recipe)

Other cream pie

cinnamon rolls (I used a whole wheat recipe)

Fruit pie  (probably my favorite thing to make these days)

Pot pie (made mini veggie pot pies, they looked great and tasted delicious! I modified an recipe)

Gluten free pie
